1. All price stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) Shipping is only available to Singapore addresses. International buyers please email to inquire. All our prices are nett. Delivery charges are excluded.
2. Delivery can be done by normal mailing or registered mailing. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

We will not be be responsible for losses or missing packages thru normal post. We regret to inform that we do not conduct meetups or cash on delivery as we use external parties for all deliveries. If the item is available in stock, packages will be dispatched within 2 working days after payment is made. Local delivery will usually take another 2 working days. Henceforth your package will reach you less than 4 working days after payment is made. Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days.
3. We accept Paypal and POSB Bank transfer payments.
4. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.
Cancellation of Orders
5. We will refund the amount paid if the order is canceled due to the unavailability of goods.
6. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
7. We will send an electronic acknowledgment to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

8. All our goods sold are non-refundable.
